Snooze Privacy Policy

Your sleep training and nap data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not operate our own servers and this data never leaves your phone. The only information that leaves your device relates to purchases, described below.

There are no user accounts and no sign-ups, and we never receive your name, email address, or payment details. Your sleep training and nap data is never shared with anyone — including the advertising services described below.

Payments for subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We never see or store your payment details.

We use RevenueCat, a subscription management service, to check whether your subscription is active. To do this, an anonymous identifier, basic device information, and your purchase history for this app are shared with RevenueCat. This information cannot be used to personally identify you and is not used for advertising or tracking.

We advertise Snooze on Meta platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram) and on TikTok, and use the Meta and TikTok SDKs to measure whether those ads work. For this purpose, basic app events (such as the app being installed or opened) and, after a purchase, the purchase amount and currency are shared with Meta and TikTok, along with basic device information.

On iOS, we first ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, your device's advertising identifier is not shared and these events cannot be linked to you for cross-app tracking. On Android, the device advertising identifier is included, and you can limit this in your device's ad settings.

Your sleep training and nap data is never shared with Meta or TikTok. For details on how they handle this information, see Meta's Privacy Policy and TikTok's Privacy Policy.

Snooze may send local notifications to alert you during sleep training sessions. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external push notification service.

Apart from Apple (payment processing), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Meta and TikTok (advertising measurement) as described above, Snooze does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, APIs, or advertising networks.

Your sleep training and nap data is stored locally on your device, so you can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat so that your subscription can be restored on a new device. Your Apple purchase history is managed through your App Store account. Ad-measurement events already shared with Meta or TikTok are handled under their respective data policies and can be managed through your Meta or TikTok account settings.

Snooze is designed to be used by parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. No personal information about your child is stored or transmitted.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page. Continued use of Snooze after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
